This one-of-a-kind silver shield ring is inspired by the sea goddess - Amphitrite.
In ancient Greek mythology Amphitrite was the wife of Poseidon and queen of the oceans.
When Poseidon first sought Amphitrite's hand in marriage, she fled his advances. She hid away near Atlas in the Ocean stream at the far end of the earth. The dolphin-god Delphin eventually tracked her down and persuaded her to return and marry Poseidon.
Amphitrite was depicted in Greek vase painting as a young woman, often raising her hand in a pinching gesture. Sometimes she was also shown holding a fish.
This unique statement shield ring features a pink marquise cut tourmaline as a centre stone held in the hand of Amphitrite. All products being returned must be carefully repacked in their original packaging and returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order.
