I’ve been looking forward to write about our big day for a while now, but for some reason I kept procrastinating. Probably because for quite a few of you this might come up as a surprise. But don’t worry, it is not because you were not welcome in our wedding, it is because we chose rather unusual way to get married!
We wanted relaxed and intimate ceremony for just the two of us, that’s why we came up with an idea of runaway wedding. So without telling anyone, very secretly, we got married during our holiday in California, back in May.
Our civil ceremony took place in one of those beautiful private houses of Beverly Hills, you see in a movies. It was all very quick and smooth, surprisingly even our witness, provided by our judge was Lithuanian! After the ceremony we left the big smoke to remote desert of Joshua Tree National Park for our honey moon and little wedding photoshoot.
