For the past month or so it’s been incredibly hot here in England, temperatures reaching 30C degrees and more! It is very unusual to have such a long ‘heat wave’, normally it’s just few warm days here and there and the rest is rain.
To say the least, it’s been rather hard to stay in London and prepare for Goldsmiths’ Fair, when it’s even hotter in the studio and so nice and sunny outside. So we decided to take every Sunday off – do short day trips and explore English coastline, towns and villages.
The first two we went to were both in Kent – Hastings and Broadstairs. I really love those beautiful white cliffs and sand beaches!
