Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you order from Dovilė Bertulytė, a jewellery studio based in Wiltshire, UK. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Every piece is handcrafted, made to order, and often genuinely one of a kind — small variations in stone, texture and finish are part of the handmade nature of the work, not a fault. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but a piece made specifically for you may look very slightly different from the one pictured.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order and is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully taken.

Delivery, exchanges & returns

Cancelling an order

Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, once work has begun on a bespoke commission we may not be able to offer a full refund if you change your mind. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible — the sooner you reach us, the more likely we can accommodate it.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography and written content on this site are the property of Dovilė Bertulytė unless otherwise stated. Please don't reproduce, copy or use them without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order.
