Made to order
Every piece is handcrafted to order rather than kept in stock, so the lead time before your piece ships varies by design — it's shown on each product page. Sold pieces marked as one-of-a-kind can often be recreated as a similar bespoke commission; get in touch to ask.

Shipping is a flat rate per order, and the method is chosen automatically from your delivery address. Delivery times run from the day your order is dispatched — they don't include the making time shown on each product page. Every order is sent insured and requires a signature on delivery.
International orders may incur import duties or taxes payable on delivery. Dovilė Bertulytė does not prepay these charges.
Exchanges & returns
We hope you'll be absolutely delighted with your Dovilė Bertulytė jewellery. If for any reason you aren't entirely happy with your purchase, you may exchange it for another piece or request a credit note within 30 days of purchase.
Because each piece is handcrafted to order rather than held in stock, we're only able to offer a refund for items that arrive faulty. If you believe your piece is faulty, email us within 14 days of receiving it with your name, order details and a description of the fault, and we'll advise on how to proceed.
Anything returned must be unworn, in its original condition and original packaging, and sent back to us within 14 working days of receiving your order.
