We accept payments via PayPal only. However, PayPal offers and option to pay with a wide variety of Debit and Credit cards (including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover) without the need to have a PayPal account.
Local UK parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service and will take 2-5 business days to arrive.
International parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail or Signed For service and will take 5-15 business days to arrive.
Postage cost varies depending on the shipping region and the number of ordered items.
In case of delivery outside EU you will need to bear Customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact local Customs Office for further information.
Exchange & Refunds
Only defected or faulty item can be refunded or offered shop credit instead.
Non-as-described item must be returned within 10 business days from the delivery date, return postage is under your responsibility. Refund will be issued via PayPal as soon as the item is received back.
Please contact us if for any reason you are unhappy with the item and we will find a solution to the problem.
You can return new unworn or unused items within 14 days.
Items should be returned in their original packaging where relevant. They must be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the items have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, we will not be able to accept returns.
